Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made in the online store operated by:

1. Order and Contract Formation

You may place an order via our e-shop. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order sent to your e-mail address.

2. Price and Payment Methods

All prices listed on our e-shop are final, including VAT and all related fees. The price of goods is always stated for the specific product.

Payment may be made using the following methods:
- online payment card,
- bank transfer,
- or other methods offered during checkout.

3. Delivery of Goods

Goods are delivered via a contractual carrier to the address specified in the order. Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days from order confirmation and receipt of payment. Shipment is always confirmed by e-mail.

4. Withdrawal from the Contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. To withdraw, contact us at: office@carcireagent.com.

In case of withdrawal, we will refund the paid amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as used for the purchase.

Notice regarding withdrawal

The product sold is an in vitro diagnostic medical device intended for self-testing. For hygienic and safety reasons, the product is supplied in sealed packaging.

Once the original packaging has been opened or the seal broken, or the test has been used or damaged, the product cannot be resold.

For these reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened, used, or otherwise damaged in vitro diagnostic tests.

The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are unopened, unused, and undamaged.

5. Complaints and Defective Performance

If the purchased goods are defective, you have the right to file a complaint. Please submit complaints in writing to: office@carcireagent.com. Goods may be returned by registered mail to our address.

Complaints will be resolved without undue delay, no later than 30 days from submission.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Consumers and traders have the option to settle disputes arising from sales contracts or contracts for services through out‑of‑court dispute resolution bodies (ADR). ADR is an independent procedure for resolving disputes without court proceedings, often quicker and less costly. 

The trader CarciReagent Distribution s.r.o. is willing/required to participate in ADR procedures with ADR bodies listed on the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Consumers can submit a complaint via:

This information is provided in compliance with EU requirements on consumer alternative dispute resolution. 

6. Personal Data Protection

Your personal data are processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations and privacy policies available at Personal Data Protection (GDPR).

7. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1 October 2025. We reserve the right to amend them within a reasonable scope. Legal relations not governed by these terms are subject to Czech law.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
