How to shop

Shopping in our e-shop is simple and follows the standard Shoptet checkout process. Below you will find the full step-by-step procedure.

1. Choose a product

   • In the CarciReagent® Diagnostic Tests category, choose the test you want to order.

   • For the Business Pack, first select the required option with 20, 40 or 80 pcs.

2. Add to cart

   • Click the “Add to cart” button.

   • Then you can continue shopping, or go straight to the cart and complete your order.

3. Apply a discount coupon (if you have one)

   • In the cart you will see an overview of all selected products.

   • If you have a discount coupon, enter its code in the relevant field and confirm. The discount will be automatically deducted from the total price.

4. Checkout and entering details

   • Click “Continue to checkout”.

   • Fill in your name, email, phone number and delivery address.

   • If you are purchasing as a company, choose the company purchase option and complete the company details (company name, Company ID, VAT ID, billing address).

5. Payment – card only

   • At the payment step, select card payment – this is the only available payment method.

   • You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway, where you enter your card details and confirm the payment.

6. Order confirmation

   • After a successful payment, an order confirmation will be displayed directly on the page.

   • You will also receive a confirmation email with the order summary and payment information.

7. Delivery date information

   • Detailed information about the exact or estimated delivery date will be sent in a separate email as soon as the shipment is handed over to the carrier. If tracking is available, the email will also include a link or tracking number.
